  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, the original recipe calls for 2 tablespoons, but I just add one
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water


  1. Brown red meat in a big heavy bottomed pot. Drain fats.
  2. add onion and inexperienced pepper and saute till onion is smooth, approximately 5 mins. add garlic and saute 30 seconds.
