INGREDIENTS :

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 bell pepper (red, julienned)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (or Tamari, or Coconut Aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup, or brown sugar)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup peanuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Boil pasta or noodles according to box directions. Then drain.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together soy sauce, agave syrup, peanut butter and chili sauce until fully combined. Set aside.
  3. Preheat oil in a large skillet. Add bell pepper, carrots and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add drained pasta and sauce into the skillet and mix until fully combined.
  5. Top with chopped peanuts, cilantro, green onions and sesame seeds.
